Elephant sells a mobile learning platform to companies with frontline workers — service technicians, field sales teams, installers. Finding these companies meant manually Googling thousands of DACH companies, reading through websites in German, and guessing which ones have training needs. Then finding the right contact person was another manual process entirely.

Data Ingestion
Companies are pulled from HubSpot CRM and Apollo.io into MongoDB. Domains are normalized to prevent duplicates across .de, .com, .at variants.
AI Research Agent
A LangChain agent researches each company using Tavily web search with German and English queries. GPT-4.1 analyzes 8-12 sources per company and writes a structured research summary.
ICP Scoring
Each company is scored 0-100 based on frontline workers (50pts), training indicators (30pts), organization fit (15pts), and bonus factors. Hard disqualifiers eliminate research institutes, software companies, and enterprises over 10k employees.
Company Inspector
SDRs review qualified companies in a real-time dashboard. Sort by ICP score, filter by industry and employee count. View full research details, matched criteria, and corporate structure.
Contact Enrichment
For each qualified company, LinkedIn employees are scraped and filtered by department and seniority. Emails and phone numbers are enriched via Apollo and Cognism APIs. Persona detection auto-classifies contacts as Operations, L&D, After-Sales, etc.
Push to HubSpot
Enriched contacts are pushed to HubSpot CRM via N8N webhook. Each contact is automatically assigned to an SDR owner and enrolled in the appropriate email sequence.
What SDRs Actually See
The Inspector shows all qualified companies with ICP scores, matched criteria, and action buttons. SDRs can filter, sort, and push companies to HubSpot in bulk.
Find the Right People
Once a company is qualified, Pipeline Punch finds the decision-makers. LinkedIn employees are scraped, filtered by department, and enriched with verified emails and phone numbers from Apollo and Cognism.
Persona detection automatically classifies contacts as Operations, L&D, After-Sales, Quality, HR, IT, or CEO — so SDRs know exactly who to reach out to.
