Do you do pilots?

No. Pilots are how projects go to die in a slide deck. We ship the running system and hand it over working. If a small first milestone is the right way to de-risk, that is a real build with a real deliverable — not a demo.

Who owns the code?

You do. It lands in your repo, on your stack, under your control. No black boxes, no per-seat hostage situation. We document it so your team can run it without us.

How fast can we start?

Discovery can usually start within a week or two of a call. From there the first milestone is days to a few weeks depending on scope. We size the first chunk to be small enough to ship quickly.

Fixed-price or time & materials?

Both, depending on how defined the work is. Clear scope gets a fixed price. Ambiguous, fast-moving work runs as an embedded sprint billed for the time. We tell you which fits in Discovery — and the pricing on this page is indicative, scoped per project.

What if we just need advice?

Then enablement is the lane: an Agent Readiness Assessment or a workshop where we set up the stack on your real workflows and train the team. Sometimes the most honest answer is that you do not need us to build it for you.
