2. Server Log Files & Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit this site, the hosting provider automatically collects technical information in server log files that your browser transmits, including:

· Browser type and version
· Operating system
· Referrer URL
· Host name of the accessing computer
· Date and time of the server request
· IP address (anonymised / truncated where technically possible)

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR — our legitimate interest in a secure, stable and correctly functioning website. This data is not merged with other data sources. Logs are retained for no longer than necessary (typically up to 30 days) and then deleted or anonymised.

A data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Vercel. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, Vercel relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. SSL / TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” prefix in your browser's address bar.

4. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not set any non-essential cookies. No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking technologies (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) are used. Any strictly necessary cookies that may be set (e.g. for session handling or security) are based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR and § 25 (2) TTDSG as they are technically required to provide the service you requested.

5. Contact by Email

If you contact us by email (e.g. hey@lifeisapitch.io), the information you provide — including your email address, name and the content of your message — will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for any follow-up questions.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) where your request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Your data will be deleted once storage is no longer necessary or we will restrict processing where statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Client Hub (koios.ai/hub)

If you are a client and access a protected hub page, we process the business contact data you have provided (name, company, email) and any content you submit (messages, offer acceptance, documents) on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract). We use HubSpot Ireland Ltd. as a CRM processor and OpenAI / Anthropic as sub-processors for AI features; data processing agreements are in place.

Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding personal data relating to you:

· Right to erasure / “right to be forgotten” (Art. 17 GDPR)
